At Neelu Cap Industries, all products are manufactured and supplied for bulk business orders. Due to the nature of our products and customized manufacturing process, we do not offer any refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for:

• Bulk orders

• Customized products

• Promotional apparel

• Caps and T-shirts manufactured as per client requirements

All payments made to Neelu Cap Industries are non-refundable after order confirmation and production initiation.
